<h3>Functions:</h3>

Rich selection of items to record and customizable options:

The SmartRecord app offers a broader range of items to record compared to other similar apps. You can easily customize your preferences by turning off undesirable items or changing the units to suit your specific needs. Body fat can be displayed in either percentage or kilogram units, and SmartRecord accommodates both options.

Useful stickers and memo feature:

The app provides stickers that allow you to mark entries as "GOOD" or "BAD" and also keep track of various activities such as eating or drinking excessively, regular bowel movements, and exercise. Additionally, the memo function enables you to freely add detailed information or records related to your workout routines, dieting efforts, or even daily journals.

Smart and user-friendly charts tool:

The app offers a line chart view that enables you to analyze data over different time periods, ranging from a week to three years. You can easily navigate through the charts by zooming in and out or flipping them horizontally using your fingers. Tapping on specific data points allows you to view detailed information for each day, and you can also edit or delete data as needed.

Goals for each item:

You can set numerical goals for your body weight, muscle mass, waist measurements, and other recorded items. The app visualizes your progress towards these goals on charts, providing a clear representation of how far or close you are from achieving them on a daily basis.

Applicable for morning and night record entry:

If desired, you can record your data twice a day - once in the morning and once at night. The app includes a reminder system that can be set to alert you twice a day, ensuring you don't miss any daily entries.

Security passcode:

The SmartRecord app employs a robust security system to protect your personal information and data. It is compatible with the latest Touch ID and Face ID features, providing an extra layer of security.

Data backup:

Your data can be exported to an Excel CSV file, safeguarding it against potential loss. When transferring to a new iPhone, simply reinstall the data from the CSV file to ensure your information remains intact. Unlike other similar apps, SmartRecord offers this backup function to all users at no additional charge.

Integration with the Apple Health app:

The app allows you to link and sync weight, body fat percentage, and BMI data recorded in SmartRecord with the Apple Health app. By recording your information in SmartRecord, it will automatically be transferred and stored in the Health app. Please refer to the app's settings screen for instructions on how to set up this integration.
